Hi Ray, The cap only comes in one size, but yes it does have an adjustable Velcro strap in the back. It does not have a chin cord.

I have requested that the web team add a photo. However, in the meantime, the Long Bill Dive Flag Sun Cap has a Velcro strap to adjust the size, similar to a baseball cap with snap sizing.

Yes, this hat is adjustable. It offers a Velcro strap in the back that you can use to adjust the tightness. There is no safety strap to prevent the hat from blowing off.

The Long Bill Dive Flag Sun Cap does not come with an anchor nor does it have a UPF/SPF rating.
