The Cressi Frog Plus Open Heel Dive Fins are extremely durable and have many of the great characteristics of a traditional paddle fin. These fins are built for both performance and longevity. Crafted with a progressive flex pattern, the design gives more energy transfer through your kick cycle so that you can go further with less effort. Ultra-soft inserts channel water to improve thrust, and the blade material stands up to the elements and resist standard wear and tear. Durable and comfortable, these dive fins are a great addition to your collection.

The sales lady was amazing. We told her we wanted stuff to build of off and she did exactly that comfort and fit was shown over price even though we told her price didn’t matter!

These fins are comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Make sure to get booties! Not too powerful but great for casual dives.

Having only snorkeled in the past, I didn't like these fins at first. Now that I've used them for diving, I found that they are much easier to use than I previously thought. They give a great amount of thrust with minimal effort.

These fins are a little harder to kick than my previous pair but propel me much faster. With my booties, they are extremely comfortable.

Upgrading my fins to the Cressi. These kick easier than I thought they would - important to an old geezer like me. Very supple and comfortable. The quick release buckles work smoothly and easily and the straps really hold them tightly. Wearing my booties, the fins are very secure and comfortable...I can't get them to wobble. Cressi has a winner here.

These would be a suitable option, but if you are really concerned about knee pain, I would recommend a split fin. Having a split fin will propel you through the water faster, with less exertion and a smaller overall range of motion required. I will link below to some of our split fin options. https://www.diversdirect.com/p/atomic-oh-splitfin-std-compound?queryID=c5c6a41bd46f3f570484ef4748e8ce73&objectID=78334 https://www.diversdirect.com/p/scubapro-twin-jet-full-foot-fins?queryID=c5c6a41bd46f3f570484ef4748e8ce73&objectID=79030
